Once a site control agreement is executed and development advances into an ALTA survey, Altis procures a qualified surveyor and works with both surveyor and title company to remove exceptions to the title policy and ultimately secure a financiable title document.
The Altis team directly manges several large scale title curative efforts for large wind farms, most notably the 600MW Rush Creek wind farm in eastern Colorado where Altis secured title curative agreement for over 100 landowners.
